2/4 Decryption

Encrypted audio and video can be decrypted when signed by 2 of 4 parties.

The purpose of this design is that after the local police intervene in an emergency, the driver and passengers can decrypt the situation in the car through their respective signatures without the permission of the Operator or PickUp AI.

If the driver and passengers can only provide less than or equal to the signature of 1 party, the signatures of Operator and PickUp AI can still ensure that evidence of the scene is provided to the police.
