Mass Adoption Growth Strategy
The early core of the growth of any two-sided market comes from the accumulation of quantity on the service supplier side. When this number crosses a critical point, the growth flywheel begins.
We also adopt this growth strategy. In the early days, we focus on driver numbers. Acquire users by establishing an UBI community where everyone can receive airdrops. We launch driving mining in the community to identify drivers. By converting early drivers to Web3, seed user accumulation is completed.
In the mid-term, PickUp AI will be sold online. Any current Uber driver can purchase it and install it in his or her car. While fulfilling Uber orders, they can simultaneously complete order mining through LBS and obtain LBS Tokens for themselves and current Uber passengers. As a result we can accurately airdrop potential passenger users through existing Uber drivers.
Finally, passenger users can use the LBS Token to offset part of the fare to get cheaper travel costs. Now part of the fee received by the driver is LBS Token, and the driver can enjoy discounts of levels on handling fees.
